General Conditions

When we share the iData product with our clients and partners, we strive to provide the best possible experience for them. To make sure we can deliver that, we ask that a few simple conditions are applied.

Beta License Terms

Where IDS provides a licence to a client, the license term is to be fixed for 10 working days (2 weeks). Should a client require further time for their assessment, then the client should contact their Customer Success Manager to request an extension. An extension of a further 10 working days (2 weeks) may be granted. Any further request for license extensions should be considered, and a commercial agreement for adopting the product shall be started.

Client licenses will be limited to two users, and have access to all functionality, with no limits to the record processing.

Partner Terms

Partners requiring access for in-house training and familiarization will be granted an initial 10 working day license. If a partner has signed a full partnership agreement, then a non-commercial license may be issued for a period of 12 months. This license will be for all functionality, and unlimited users and records.

Licence Terms

The terms of your licence will be set by your Customer Success Manager. We normally look at capping an evaluation or assessment periods to 2 weeks, or 10 working days.

Partners requiring iData for an assessment environment should talk to their Partner Success Manager about signing a 'Not For Commercial Use Agreement'.

Proof of Concepts will have their licence term set in alignment with the scope and duration of the exercise. Again this will be set in the contract for the engagement. Talk to your Customer Success Manager on what that term will be.

Regardless of the exercise, a Contract / End User Licence Agreement (EULA) will need to be signed where these terms are outlined.

Training Materials and Support

We recommend all partners and clients to register on our support site https://support.intelligent-ds.com .

All partners shall have their proposed iData Sales and Technical personnel registered with IDS partner portal https://partners.intelligent-ds.com, and have them complete the Sales and/or Technical learning track for iData.

Customers should register on the support portal https://support.intelligent-ds.com to gain access to the ‘How To’ guides.

To get access to support for your installation, please raise a support ticket and our Support and Enablement teams will get back to you as soon as they can.

Where to Install

iData offer Client and Partner on-premise installations of the iData product. IDS is not a Data Processor as defined by GDPR, at this time, so we cannot accept responsibility for processing any data.

Should an on-premise installation not be feasible, please contact your Partner or Customer Success Manager for other potential options.
